HILLSTOWN Orange Lodge will hold their forthcoming fund raising concert by the Ulster Scot eXperience in the Braid Arts Centre on Friday 24th October at 8pm.
This show promises music, songs and humour. The music of the Ulster Scots eXperience is proving extremely popular with audiences throughout Northern Ireland and further afield.

The musical combination of fiddles and accordions, accompanied by drums and a melody of instruments all give that ‘special something’ to their performances.

Add to that the vocal talents of the group, and they’re really taking the Ulster Scots music scene by storm.

The night will take you on a musical journey through the Appalachian Mountains and the hills of Tennessee, calling to visit Scots such as Rabbie Burns, Will Starr & Jimmy Shand yet always returning home to the well known local favourite historical songs of Ulster connected with the Orange Institution.

Exploring and promoting the rich culture of the Ulster Scots through music, song and verse, they will set your feet tapping to their catchy rhythms.

Tickets priced £7 are currently available from the Ballymena Tourist Information Centre, 1 – 29 Bridge Street, Ballymena or by Tel: 028 25635900 or 028 25635901 or 028 25635902.
